During our five-day restorative experience, you’ll be away from regular life. Released from the distractions of home, work, and family, into a new and sacred space, where your healing journey can truly begin.
The Restoration calls for complete and total immersion. Therein lies the magic. Over five days we unlock your story. We guide you through your experiences, and help you release the emotions tied to them. Guided by the universe, with compassionate hearts and tender hands we nurture you back to yourself.
We work to increase:
-Self-love, acceptance and understanding;
-Compassion for self and others;
-The ability to make clear, conscious choices;
-Connection to emotions and one’s authentic self;
-Happiness, health and well-being.
This experience serves:
-Individuals who experience cycles of depression and/or anxiety;
-Individuals stuck in unhealthy behaviors that impact their health, relationships, work, friendships and family;
-Individuals stuck in addictive behavior, such as, overworking, shopping, sex, alcohol, food, and exercise;
-Individuals stuck in unhealthy patterns, such as, avoiding conflict, people pleasing, peacekeeping, seeking approval from others, caretakers, and perfectionists;
-Individuals who experience unhealthy outbursts of anger and rage. We support you beyond your transformational experience. Through our integration process we build upon your healing work with follow up sessions.
